My Company & Professional Background
I am the Founder and Principal Consultant at Bluefrog Technologies LLC, a boutique IT management consulting firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I work with organizations to improve business outcomes using Lean, Agile, and systems-based approaches that reduce waste, increase value delivery, and strengthen long-term organizational health.
My background includes extensive, hands-on experience in Enterprise Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (PPM), large-scale Agile and SAFe® transformations, and enterprise change initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.

In addition to my consulting work, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in training, which deeply informs my approach to leadership, organizational culture, and change. This clinical training strengthens my ability to understand relational dynamics, systemic patterns, psychological safety, and human behavior within teams and organizations.
